Do you wish you had more time and energy to do the things you truly love?

Through life's seasons, the amount and direction of our energy changes.

We also only have a certain amount of energy each day and it is up to us to decide how to use it.

The energy I'm talking about refers to the actual exertion and effort you place on any task or thought. Not the “manifestation or healing” type of energy. ;)

A few months ago I announced the launch of my new consulting/coaching business, and have been slow to roll it all out. I now realize I have been living my own motto - “Manage your energy, not your Time.” :)

My energy has been strongly devoted to my first year of marriage, and enjoying every bit of the foundation we are laying for our future together!

I am so fortunate to be able to focus my energy and cultivate peace and harmony in our first year of marriage -and first time living with a man! It's true, we didn't live together until we married! At 44yrs old, it has been a fun whirlwind! Ha!

My energy has also unexpectedly had to focus a great deal on pain management. :(

Pain is something no one plans for, but we can only respond to. While we all have had emotional and mental pain, this was acute physical pain.

July 3, 2023. My first time back in the ocean after surgery. Embrace the season you're in and RENEW YOUR ENERGY TODAY!

The pain hit me like a rocket in mid-March with a pinched nerve in my neck causing my entire right arm to have throbbing pain and a numb hand. I had several car accidents in my early 20s and I have managed my neck pain quite well ever since, but my body said it was time to get it fixed.

An orthopaedic surgeon tried a steroid shot in my neck, it didn't work. Then a neurosurgeon put me under May 31st to remove the degenerative C6/7 disc and replace it with a titanium one! I woke up from surgery with all arm pain gone, amazing! Yes, I now have hardware in my neck for life.

While hardware in my neck is crazy to think about, I have chosen to embrace this season of healing. Healing seasons come, and we can choose to fight it or ride it.

I am embracing this slower season of healing. It's been 6 weeks since surgery, and I'm feeling better! My brain has more space and energy to return to what I love… helping you!
